You are required to set a password so that you can log back into your registration to amend your booking if required and, when available register for individual sessions. You can log back into your account via the link in your confirmation email.

Creating a password lets you log back in to modify your registration, and speeds up your next registration.

Privacy notice

To take part in this year’s Citizens Advice Annual Conference 2026, we need to collect some personal information from you:

  • Your name and your contact details- this is to help us stay in touch, keep you updated and to manage your preferences

We will be sharing a delegate list with:

  1. Organisers- to coordinate activities, understand who attended and to invite you to take part in valuable feedback
  2. Session Leads (Citizens Advice only) to understand who attended their session and communicate any necessary follow-up
  3. Our trusted third-party provider, Premier UK Events Ltd-to help manage and host the conference, acting on our behalf to:
  • Manage delegate lists and contact information
  • Process event payments transactions
  • Film, stream and record the event
