Volunteers bring enormous value to our service, with the Value of volunteering at Citizens Advice worth over £100 million and volunteering being fundamental to our service-wide strategy. But, with a changing volunteering landscape and continued pressures on our service, we need to adapt and innovate to ensure our volunteer offer continues to meet the needs of our service and our communities into the future.
